I owned a preschool in the Bay Area but had relocated my family, so it seemed like a good time to implement my exit plan. The process was proceeding much slower than desired, but it was a good plan and worth sticking out… until it completely fell apart. A preliminary visit to the school revealed areas needing improvement to facilitate a better showing. After completion of those projects, careful scrutiny of my financials and preparation of pertinent business information, Lalin listed the preschool. Within a week there were many interested parties. Lalin prescreened the initial group of responses to maximize exposure to serious potential buyers, and then scheduled a day of showings by appointment.
